Professional Upholstery Cleaning Services
While you can handle the non-upholstered furniture on your own, we highly recommend hiring our professionally trained technicians for your upholstered items. Our experts will ensure that any type of fabric is cleaned, refreshed, and free of allergens. No other method or equipment is as effective as what we use.
For upholstered furniture, we offer four different cleaning methods: foam, dry, cold water, and water extraction (also known as steam cleaning). The preferred technique is hot water extraction, which injects hot water, steam, and cleaning solutions into the fabric and immediately extracts it along with dirt, residues, and allergens from the fibers.
This method produces the best possible results and is the latest technique available in the market. Depending on the fabric of your upholstery, we may choose the most suitable method on the day of your appointment. Regardless of the technique used, you can expect thoroughly and professionally cleaned upholstery.
How we clean upholstery?
There are four methods for cleaning upholstered items: foam, dry cleaning, cold water extraction, and hot water extraction (also known as steam cleaning).
The most appropriate cleaning method will depend on the type of fabric, its age, its level of soiling, and when it was last professionally cleaned. A thorough vacuuming of the fabric is an essential step; we utilize a high-pressure vacuum attached to our machines to remove loose dirt and dust from your upholstery.
For fabrics that are dry clean only, we apply foam or a dry compound, agitate it to ensure it penetrates the fibers, and then vacuum it up along with the attracted dirt. For fabrics that can be cleaned with water, we use large industrial machines to inject water and cleaning solutions into the upholstery fibers.
If the fabric is wool or linen, we use Woolsafe-approved chemicals and water at temperatures up to 30 degrees Celsius. Conversely, for synthetic or cotton fabrics, we employ hot water and steam along with various chemicals tailored to different fabric types. Ultimately, the fabric of your upholstery will determine the appropriate cleaning method, chemicals, machines, and techniques we use.
What we clean?
In terms of upholstery fabrics, we clean any type there is. This includes dry-clean-only fabrics (such as sisal, jute, seagrass, bamboo, viscose, silk, and more) as well as fabrics that can be cleaned with water.
We do not clean wooden furniture (unless it is part of an end-of-tenancy cleaning service).
In terms of upholstery items, we clean sofas, armchairs, tub chairs, dining chairs, mattresses, chaise longues, and footstools or ottomans.
We also clean curtains on-site, at your property’s address.

Our Deodorising Service:
There are two types of deodorising which we can do.
The first one involves using additional chemicals to refresh and deodorise any upholstery items you may have. This is included in each service you book with us.
The second type of deodorising service involves refreshing and dealing with odd smells on any given upholstery item. It does not have to be booked with the actual upholstery cleaning, and it is designed for properties where there are strong smells of smoke, cannabis, raw water, and other similar odours.
Protecting Your Upholstery Items
You can safeguard the fabric of your upholstery by booking our stain protector service. In addition to deep cleaning and deodorizing the fabric, we will incorporate an extra step that involves applying a stain protector chemical. This creates a protective layer on the upholstery.
This protective layer prevents liquids from penetrating deeper into the fabric. In other words, if a stain occurs, the protective layer will keep it on the surface, making it easier to spot-clean and fully clean the upholstery.
Maintaining the Appearance of Your Furniture
Booking regular professional upholstery cleaning can yield a significant return on your investment. This practice will greatly extend the lifespan of your upholstery fabric because untreated fabric is more likely to degrade at an accelerated rate.
To help prevent this, make sure to vacuum each upholstery item regularly and schedule a professional cleaning with us every three to six months.
